Weatherization services consist of cost-effective energy efficient measures for existing residential and multifamily housing with low-income. There are a wide variety of energy efficiency measures that encompass the building envelope, the heating and cooling system, the electrical system, and the electricity consuming appliances. The overall goal is to reduce the energy bills of the recipients for an extended period of time. Services are provided in 21 Counties in the State of Mississippi- Adams, Amite, Claiborne, Copiah, Covington, Forrest, Franklin, Hinds, Jeff Davis, Jefferson, Jones, Lamar, Lawrence, Lincoln, Madison, Marion, Pike, Rankin, Simpson, Walthall, and Wilkinson.
